Kinney Pike’s main office is located in the historic Mead Building in downtown Rutland on Merchants Row.  This beautiful building, formerly knows as the Bates House, was destroyed by a fire in 1906.  Kinney Pike was founded in Rutland in 1904, and has grown to become Vermont’s largest independent insurance agency.  Our offices are located on the second and third floor of the Mead Building.
